My package has been damaged during shipping - What do I do?

Almost all shipments arrive safely, but in rare cases transport damage can occur. If this has happened to you, it's important, that we receive the necessary photo documentation from you within 3 days of the shipment in your possession. In this way we can send you back a new item free of charge.

 

Obs! Therefore, it is also important that you open the shipment upon receipt and check that the products are intact, even if you do not need to use the products immediately.

 

If there is a transport damage, please send us the following image documentation:

 

1. The damaged product.

2. The front of the package. All four corners must be visible in the picture.

3. The back of the package. All four corners must be visible in the picture.

4.4 Special warnings and precautions for use The inner protection of the package, including bubble wrap and air pads.

5. Package cabinet (clear and readable).

The photos, your order number, and the description of the complaint must be sent to you. Claim@kalinuevo.com

What's the delivery time?

We are closed for production and handling of orders between Christmas and New Year. Orders received during that period will only be handled after 2/1

Scandinavia: 2-7 working days
Europe: 3-8 working days
Overseas: 10-14 business days

Please note that customs duties abroad are not included in the price and will therefore be imposed upon receipt of order.

We're sending packages with GLS & DHL Express.

Are you framing my posters?

We frame your posters at no extra price if you buy frames for your posters online. This is provided as a free additional service.
